As a Client Success Manager, you will be the "face of Relesys" and become our client's best friend and trusted advisor. You will work eagerly to understand your client's business, the users of our software, and the possibilities with how their personalised app can empower their frontline workforce and connect them to HQ! We have a highly collaborative team where you will work closely with the sales team, implementation team, digital designers, and product team to make sure our Client's app shines and is as unique as they are to us!
We are already working with clients like Peak performance, Gina Tricot, Bauhaus, Carlsberg, Tiger of Sweden, etc., which are amazing brands and proof of the quality and reputation of our product, service, and attention to detail that we always provide to our clients. Your key responsibilities:
As Client Success Manager your role will include, but will not be limited to:
- Carry out the best customer experience for a large amount of diverse clients within the SMB segment
- Own the primary relation to your clients with a deep understanding of their motivations, business drivers, strategic goals, and desired outcomes
- Guide the clients through changes, adoption, and value realization of their solution, unlocking growth and customer advocacy initiatives
- Become a product expert, advising your customers on how to best leverage our platform via best practices, use cases, learnings from other customers, etc.
- Assist the configuration of the client's platform in supporting the client's needs and driving value for their organization
- Partner with the Client Success leadership team across Relesys to further refine the structure, systems, and resources to support our clients successfully
- Work closely with internal teams (Support, Solution Engineers, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Development) to align priorities, collaborate on customer needs and opportunities, and deliver early and increasing value over time
Who are you:
- 2-3 years of experience managing a larger portfolio of clients
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment, working across multiple projects and clients at one time
- Have a commercial mindset
- Are an emphatic and passionate person who takes great pride in providing an exceptional client experience
- Are self-driven, proactive, and ambitious with a great understanding of the importance of a strong team
- Strong analytical skills & data-driven mindset to evaluate performance and make adequate operational decisions
- Are comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups and engaging with senior executives about technical business topics
- Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus but not a requirement
- It is an advantage if you have worked in retail, as you will be one bit closer to the everyday communication and alignment struggles of our Clients' employees
- You are located in or near Stockholm
- Have professional proficiency in both spoken and written English 🇬🇧
- Have fluent or bilingual proficiency in either Danish, Swedish or another Nordics language 🇩🇰🇸🇪🇳🇴🇫🇮
